We are searching for a Full-Time Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Recruitment Team to support recruitment for our New Brunswick Region. This role offers flexibility, as the successful candidate can be based in Moncton, Saint John, Miramichi, or Fredericton while maintaining strong regional connections.

About the Opportunity
As a key member of the Recruitment Team, you will:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for frontline positions across New Brunswick
- Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers to understand strategic objectives and hiring needs
- Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through innovative social media campaigns, referral programs, and community partnerships
- Act as a brand ambassador at job fairs, conferences, and networking events
- Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Assistant to ensure a smooth onboarding for all candidates
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
About You
You are a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and a passionate advocate for great talent. You thrive in a role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.
You bring:
- Post-Secondary in Human Resources or a related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, and/or a unionized environment (considered an asset)
- Great organizational skills, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset
- A proven ability to identify, attract, and engage candidates who are passionate about improving lives and supporting seniors in quality care environments
- Ability for occassional travel across New Brunswick
- Bilingualism in english and french is an asset
