A strategic thinker with strong frontend and backend technical experience. Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, document technical requirements, and have exceptional collaboration skills as you will interact regularly with fellow frontend and backend engineers, product managers, web marketers, and UX teams to ensure we deliver exceptional and personalized web experiences for our customers, strong results for our business, in a high-performing environment.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in fullstack engineering and/or product development. Strong hands-on experience building/working large and complex client-facing web applications using JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong on back-end technologies (Java 8). Experience in using customer data and models to create dynamic content personalization experiences. Knowledge of database management of how user data will be collected and stored within a website or application to develop personalized web experiences. Knowledge and/or working experience working with cloud technologies. AWS preferable Experience with WordPress content management systems. Workflow and process design experience scaling teams with process and technology Understanding of Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning. Understanding of Continuous Integration/Deployment/Delivery practices tools and processes. Experience with Quality Automation frameworks. Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and a hunger for growth. Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
