Tasks
- File invoices and contracts.
- Prepare quotations in MS Word.
- Sort and verify incoming mail.
- Follow up and verify account statements.
- Assist in preparing billing.
- Submit purchase order requests to clients.
- Prepare deposits.
- Prepare credit card payment receipts.
- Perform various basic administrative tasks.
