Job Description

We are seeking an experienced business leader to plan, organize, and direct our strategy and execution for digital and social media. You will drive audience growth, fan engagement, brand visibility, and digital revenue across all platforms. You will bring a strong background in digital marketing, leadership experience in managing teams, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through integrated digital and social media strategies.

You will report to the Vice President of Marketing and collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure that digital and social media initiatives advance organizational goals and support long-term growth.

  • Plan, develop, and direct the digital and social media strategy to support organizational marketing, revenue, and fan engagement objectives.
  • Lead and manage the commercial performance of all digital content offerings, including advertising revenue, partnerships, and digital product monetization.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with major social and digital platforms (e.g., YouTube, Snapchat, Meta, TikTok, X), representing the organization in partnership discussions and maximizing commercial revenue outcomes.
  • Monitor and assess changes in the digital ecosystem, providing analysis on their potential impact on reach, engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Oversee and coordinate cross-functional initiatives between Digital Media operations, content, marketing, strategy, partnerships, and creative teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports on digital revenue streams, content performance, audience metrics, and resource allocation to senior leadership.
  • Identify and evaluate third-party partnerships that enhance digital user experience, expand reach, improve operational efficiencies, or create new revenue opportunities.
  • Lead monthly review processes for all social and digital channels, analyzing engagement data, advertising trends, inventory performance, and campaign outcomes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide leadership to digital and social media teams, ensuring effective workflow, collaboration, and continuous improvement of digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, digital media, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, advertising, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or people-management role, directing teams or major business units.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing digital and social media strategies that drive measurable audience growth and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, monetization models, paid media strategy, and digital subscription/e-commerce practices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with senior executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical capability, including experience using data to evaluate performance, inform strategy, and optimize digital channels.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
