About the role
The sales target analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data in order to define, monitor, and optimize sales targets. He/she plays a key role in strategic decision-making and supporting sales teams. The analyst will also play a role in maintaining and improving order-taking and order-tracking tools.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from SAP systems and other sources.
Define and adjust sales targets in collaboration with management and sales teams.
Produce reports and dashboards to measure performance and target achievement.
Make forecasts and predictive analyses to anticipate trends.
Administer the North American sales force bonus program for the Motorsports group divisions.
Configure the order management system.
Manage and monitor certain exercises that impact orders.
Support the sales force.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Proficiency in analytical tools (advanced Excel, Power BI).
Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP).
SQL or database management skills (an asset).
Rigorous and detail-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in data analysis, sales planning, or similar role.
Languages: French and English (spoken and written).
Assets: Experience in a commercial or industrial environment.
