Be responsible for giving teams ongoing feedback and maintaining an open dialogue with employees about their performance and development. Be responsible for drafting replies to audience complaints and praise in conjunction with the leadership team and the producers under your supervision. Be responsible for the teams’ development by providing mentorship and opportunities to personnel assigned to the production, including freelance contributors. Work together with partners from News, Operations and English Services for personnel development, problem solving and various projects.

This role requires full-time on-site presence.
