This is a full-time, permanent Inside Sales role where you’ll build relationships with new and existing clients, promote ATCO’s fleet and custom-built products, and help shape our presence in the local market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via walk-ins, web leads, and existing client requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends.
- Monitor product utilization and recommend new features or solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Excel and ensure timely submission of leads.
- Represent ATCO at local community events to build trust and visibility.
Job qualifications:
- Prior experience in inside sales role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive.
- Active listening and adaptability in sales conversations.
- Solid understanding of sales tactics and customer engagement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
