##What will your typical day look like?

As the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Configuration Consultant, you will lead the global rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors across Deloitte offices by partnering with local and global stakeholders to drive engagement, localization workshops, and user adoption. You will serve as a trusted advisor and hands‑on subject matter expert—configuring Employee Central (data models, MDF, business rules, workflows, RBP, reporting), managing user access/security, coordinating with integration teams, and supporting SIT/UAT and deployment activities to deliver timely, high-quality HRIS solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors as the new Deloitte Global HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) to offices around the world
  • Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders in global Deloitte offices to support engagement activities, localization workshops and adoption of SuccessFactors
  • Act as advisor and subject matter expert on functional requirements and key program decisions to global offices
  • Participate with client facing and technical delivery teams to ensure the efficient elicitation and implementation of business solution functional requirements and non-functional requirements
  • Provide leading-practice recommendations on standardized SuccessFactors implementation methodology and deployment activities
  • Accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of necessary escalations, applicable project metrics and status reporting within a project team and to client stakeholders for your area of responsibility
  • User Access and Security Management: Manage permissions, roles, and access rights (RBP) to ensure data security and compliance and S-User ID provisioning.
  • Collaboration with Integration Team: Work closely with integration developers and external system owners to resolve data flow or interface issues.
  • Strong hands on configuration experience with Employee Central – Data Models, MDF objects, Business Rules, Latest People Profile, Event Derivation, Workflows, Time Off, Role Based Permissions, Story Reporting, Transport Tool.
  • Maintain standard SAP workbooks with changes per iterative cycle.
  • Support SIT and UAT test cycles with defect resolution, configuration changes, and workbook updates.

Required:

  • At least 5 years experience with a minimum of 3 full cycle end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central
  • Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification with updated link in Credly.
  • Strong communication, technical and remote collaboration skills
  • Excellent organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills
  • Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment Strong relationship building and consulting skills
  • Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients and cross functional team members

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of SAFe methodology
  • Experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as PMGM, RCM etc.

##Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
