About the role
TheSummer Student, TPPwill support the Analytics, Innovation & Research (AIR) department's administration in updating data, creating electronic records, and improving data accessibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Perform administrative tasks as assigned, including:
- Review physical files containing TPP prescriptions and returned TPP pads
- Prepare documents for scanning (e.g., organizing, removing staples, ensuring legibility)
- Scan documents according to established scanning and file-naming standards
- Upload scanned documents to the appropriate folders within the shared drive
- Verify that scanned records are complete, legible, and correctly stored
- Flag any missing, damaged, or unclear records for staff review

In support of continuous quality improvement, look for and suggest opportunities of improvement to the program and process

Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrollment in post-secondary education
- One year of administrative experience
-Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Developed organizational skills, prioritization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Microsoft Office 365
- Customer-service focused and able to effectively communicate
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently with direction
CONTRACT DURATION
May 18, 2026 to August 31, 2026 (Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week)
PAY RATE The hourly rate for this position is $25 plus 4% vacation paid out on each cheque. Parking or transit reimbursement will be provided.
