About the Role

The Director of Policy and Strategy leads a team of policy experts working on a range of initiatives through policy research, analysis, writing, stakeholder engagement, and communications. This position directs timely strategy that effectively maximizes developments in the climate and clean energy space, while overseeing the research, government relations, and outreach activities of the team.

The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker and problem solver. With excellent planning and prioritization skills, they will be able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. A creative and innovative team player, the incumbent will excel in making informed decisions, achieving results and creating positive change. The incumbent will be a strong communicator (both written and oral), capable of building and maintaining effective relationships, collaborations and partnerships.
