Role Overview
As an F&I Manager, you’ll build long-term customer relationships while offering finance and insurance solutions. You will ensure compliance with provincial and national laws and collaborate with dealership teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll do

  • Sell financing, service contracts, GAP insurance, credit insurance, and other aftermarket products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through dealership systems and processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer products, financing options, leasing, and incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with [Province] and Canadian laws, as well as dealership policies.
  • Prepare accurate, thorough documentation for all transactions and vehicle sales/leases.
  • Maintain required reports and records for the dealership, manufacturer, and suppliers.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay current on industry practices.
  • Establish professional relationships with financial institutions and third-party vendors.
  • Keep customers and teams informed on vehicle delivery progress.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally to uphold satisfaction.

What We Are looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in automotive financing and insurance, ideally within a dealership.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, lending practices, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships.
  • Proficient in dealership management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Motor vehicle sales certification.
