About the Role

We're looking for a  Senior Solutions Consultant  who combines business analysis expertise with a passion for great user experiences. You'll work closely with clients to understand their processes, gather and map requirements, and configure the client's platform to deliver intuitive, high-value solutions.

This is a client-facing, consultative role where you'll collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their business needs, design efficient workflows, and configure digital solutions using a no-code/low-code platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate discovery sessions with enterprise clients to understand their processes, goals, and challenges.
• Document and map current and future-state business processes using tools like Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio.
• Translate business requirements into clear workflows, user stories, and visual documentation.
• Configure and test solutions within the AI-driven platform (no coding required).
• Conduct user validation and iterative feedback sessions to refine the solution.
• Build strong client relationships by providing guidance and ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product teams on solution design and integration.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or process design - ideally in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience leading client workshops.
• Expertise in process mapping and workflow design (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart, Visio).
• Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, visual narratives.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics) - understanding concepts and integrations at a high level.
• An understanding of supply chain or procurement processes is a strong asset.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload with accountability.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to AI tools or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Basic technical understanding (APIs, integrations, or system configuration).
• Experience working with enterprise clients across industries such as energy, utilities, telecommunications, and manufacturing.

• Within the first month: you are actively contributing to a client project, supporting a senior consultant.
• Within 2-3 months: you independently lead client workshops and manage your own implementation projects.
