Are you a post-secondary student looking for summer employment where you can work with your hands and spend time outside?
Shift Real Estate Management is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join their busy team over the summer. This is a full-time, temporary position with the potential to continue into the fall.
Job Requirements:
- lawn and yard maintenance at multiple locations
- general building maintenance at multiple locations
- providing additional support to the maintenance team as necessary
Ideal Requirements:
- valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- previous lawn care, maintenance and/or construction experience
- skid steer/telehandler experience an asset
- capable of handling a physically demanding position
- open to working earlier mornings during hot summer months
