About The Role We're looking for a People & Talent Partner to join our People team. As a key member of a small and collaborative team, this role will play an important part in supporting both our Talent Acquisition and People Operations functions , helping deliver a thoughtful, efficient, and magical experience for candidates, employees, and hiring managers.

This role will work across the full employee lifecycle — from supporting recruitment and guiding new hires through onboarding, to helping administer People programs and ensuring our HR systems and processes run smoothly. You'll act as a key operational partner to the business, providing day-to-day support to employees and leaders while helping the People team continuously elevate how we work.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles, including conducting intake meetings, sourcing candidates, screening, interview coordination and offer preparation
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support the development of role profiles and interview plans
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination

People Operations & Systems

  • Support the administration of key People processes including performance reviews, employee lifecycle changes, documentation, and policy updates
  • Assist with HCM updates, reporting, and process documentation
  • Help administer employee programs including performance review cycles, engagement initiatives, and internal communications

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have the tools, resources, and information needed for success
  • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of onboarding programs and materials
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to People programs and processes

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working in Human Resources, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition in SaaS and/or at a high-growth startup
  • Strong detail orientation, organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Experience in managing sensitive information, underscored by a clear understanding of and adherence to confidentiality and data protection principles
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with our tech stack: HiBob, Greenhouse, Confluence, Slack, MS Office.
  • Experience working and supporting a workforce in a remote-first environment

Your final offer will reflect your experience, skillset, and location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.

Compensation at CapIntel goes beyond base pay. Depending on the role, total rewards may include variable pay, equity, comprehensive benefits, flexible time off, and dedicated opportunities for growth and development.

For roles based in or eligible to work from Ontario, the expected base salary range is:

$75,000—$90,000 CAD
