Schedule: Sunday to Thursday

We are seeking a Facility Coordinator responsible for overseeing vendor safety permits and ensuring compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards. This role is critical in maintaining a strong safety culture, ensuring contractor compliance, and coordinating site safety programs.

Now, if you were to come on board as a Facility Coordinator, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

Coordinate and track onsite team health and safety training. Manage contractor safety compliance, documentation, and performance. Issue work permits to contractors and stop work when non-compliance is identified. Act as liaison between ESFM Safety Director, client safety team, and onsite employees. Lead site safety compliance and conduct monthly audits. Communicate safety updates, risks, and site conditions to stakeholders. Support contract compliance and KPI tracking aligned with service agreements. Prepare and present safety data for client meetings (daily, monthly, QBRs). Ensure all incidents, accidents, and property damage are reported per policy. Verify work quality and completion standards. Support corrective actions and enforce safety-related discipline where required. Perform other duties as assigned. Think you have what it takes to be our Facility Coordinator? Experience supporting safety culture in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and contractor safety. Proven ability to manage vendor compliance and work quality. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). Bilingual (French and English)
