As a Trench Shoring Representative, you’ll manage sales activities related to trench shoring products in assigned accounts or regions, ensuring quality and consistency in product and service delivery.

Job Description:

  • Present and sell trench shoring products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets and project contacts.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
  • Maintain client relationships and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities to internal teams.
  • Coordinate internal resources to close sales and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in marketing events such as trade shows and seminars.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Conduct in-person and phone meetings with customers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
  • Track sales activity and prepare status reports.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and follow-up.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of trench shoring products.
  • Provide awareness training to relevant customers within region.

Requirements:

  • Related experience with trench shoring products is an asset.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations and written materials.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer operations.
  • Understanding of construction phases and rental product applications is an asset.

Important:

  • Based out of our Calgary TCRS location.
  • Permanent, full-time role.
  • Monday – Friday, 5x2 schedule.
  • Travel is required for the role, up to 25%.
