About the role

Requirements Fluently Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).

Minimum 2 Years Of Customer Service Experience. Experience managing Quebec accounts is an asset.

Strong Order Management Experience Preferred. Understanding of supply chain processes.

Job Duties Provide product support across 5 main product lines.

Handle inbound calls (20–25 per day on a busy day).

Accurately enter and manage orders from customers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

Proactively follow up on order-related issues, including pricing, availability, and delivery.

Track and communicate status of back orders.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely updates and support.

Upsell products where applicable.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot medical devices.

Suggest and substitute products when items are unavailable.

Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Agents and the Sales Team in Quebec/Montreal.
