Marketing Coordinator, Anticipatory Opportunities - Contract - 18933
About the role
About The Opportunity Our team is proactively connecting with talented Marketing Coordinators in anticipation of upcoming contract opportunities with our clients. Although a role is not available at this time, we welcome expressions of interest from candidates who would like to be considered for future positions supporting marketing campaigns, digital content, and brand initiatives.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Create, edit, and manage content for social media, newsletters, websites, and marketing collateral
- Support branding, promotional activities, and corporate communications initiatives
- Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and external vendors
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Assist with event promotion and lead generation activities
- Maintain marketing databases and materials
About You The successful candidate will have the following:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Ideally 2-4 years of experience in marketing or communications roles
- Fluent bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
About the Job This role would offer between $26.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. The position is primarily in-office, with some flexibility to work from home as needed or as work permits.
