This role is centered on building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth within the automotive aftermarket industry through proactive outbound engagement and high-quality customer service. You will act as a key point of contact for existing and prospective customers, helping them navigate product offerings, pricing, availability, and order management with accuracy and efficiency. The position combines sales, account management, and technical support in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where communication and responsiveness are essential. You will use CRM systems and customer insights to identify opportunities, support business growth, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a highly interactive role where bilingual communication skills are essential to serving a diverse customer base across Canada. Accountabilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to existing customers to promote products, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Provide front-line customer support, including answering inquiries on parts, pricing, availability, warranties, and delivery timelines. Manage CRM systems by maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer records, quotes, and order information. Process customer orders and ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, shipping details, and documentation. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through consistent communication and follow-up. Analyze customer accounts to identify trends, growth opportunities, or potential risks. Support inbound phone queues and provide technical or product-related assistance when needed. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service quality. Continuously develop product, industry, and system knowledge through training and self-learning. Requirements: 1+ year of experience in inside sales, call center, customer service, or account management roles. Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy in order entry, documentation, and CRM management. Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining service quality and responsiveness. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Interest in the automotive aftermarket industry is considered an asset.
