Position Description We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our Point-of-Sale product portfolio—excluding Drive-Thru solutions. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of PAR’s POS hardware and software offerings, shaping product vision, driving innovation, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading solutions.

Requirements What We’re Looking For:
- 8–10 years of product management experience in enterprise hardware/software, preferably in the hospitality or retail technology sector
- Proven success in managing complex product portfolios and cross-functional teams
- Strong financial acumen and experience with Excel-based modeling
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with global development partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

- Deep understanding of POS industry trends and customer requirements
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for PAR’s hardware products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to end-of-life—driving continuous improvement, profitability, and market relevance
- Cultivate deep understanding of customer pain points and use insights to guide product development and prioritization
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive successful product launches and sustained growth
- Serve as subject matter expert and key liaison on the segment’s product lines
- Manage pricing models, margin analysis, and profitability metrics, adjusting strategies based on market dynamics
- Lead product positioning, launch planning, and sales enablement to maximize adoption and revenue
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a strategic edge
- Ensure all products meet high standards of quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance

Compensation Range: $170K - $200K
