NEXUS Community Support Society is hiring two Managers, Staff Supported Homes in Cranbrook, BC. These are exciting opportunities for compassionate and motivated leaders who are passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and person-centred homes for adults with intellectual disabilities.
🏠 In these roles, you will:
- Lead staff teams in supported homes, fostering a culture of respect, belonging, and accountability.
- Ensure quality supports that empower individuals to live full, meaningful lives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgets, and compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
- Build positive relationships with families, Community Living BC, and community partners.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in residential supports.
💡 What we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience supervising staff teams.
- Knowledge of the community living or social services sector (an asset).
- Ability to balance administrative responsibilities with active support of staff and individuals served.
- Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful, and safe home environments.
