What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As the Production Manager, you will drive operational excellence, ensure smooth day-to-day workflow, and help lead a high-performing team.
Operational & Production Leadership

Manage daily shop workflow, production scheduling, and work-in-progress.

Set and monitor production targets to ensure quality repairs are completed on time.

Lead daily production/operations meetings to align priorities and support problem-solving.

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Team & Supervisory Leadership

Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to technicians and support staff.

Encourage teamwork, accountability, and a positive shop culture.

Support hiring, onboarding, and performance development when required.
Quality Control & Customer Experience
-
Oversee repair quality to maintain Zenetec’s high standards for workmanship and safety.

Deliver exceptional customer service, helping ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.

Work collaboratively with estimators, insurance partners, and internal teams.
Health & Safety
-
Promote safe work practices in compliance with OHSA standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
We’re looking for a strong operational leader who can balance people, production, and service in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of collision repair, automotive service, or related production/operations industries.
-
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communicator with effective leadership and coaching abilities.

Experience with management systems, estimating software, Microsoft Office, or business operations tools.
-
Background in automotive, manufacturing, warehouse/plant operations, hospitality, retail, or other service-oriented fields.
