Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead and facilitate continuous improvement workshops, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping sessions with cross-functional teams.
- In this role, you’ll design and implement Lean and operational excellence initiatives that improve flow, productivity, and customer service outcomes.
- You’ll partner closely with leaders and frontline staff to surface problems, align priorities, and embed sustainable improvements.
- You’ll manage improvement projects end-to-end, from analysis and recommendations through implementation, tracking, and reporting.
- You’ll develop scorecards and performance metrics to measure impact, savings, and efficiency gains.
- You’ll coach and mentor teams using adult learning principles to strengthen continuous improvement capability across the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments, with at least 5 years in Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a closely related field.
- Lean certification or equivalent continuous improvement training.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with waste reduction, 5S, standardized work, flow optimization, and inventory reduction.
- Ability to translate complex process concepts into clear, practical guidance for frontline teams.
