Finance Associate – Full-Time | Mostly remote

We are seeking a Finance Associate to join a growing organization supporting operations across Canada, the U.S., and international markets. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional with strong payroll experience, reconciliation skills, and exposure to month-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and maintaining accurate financial records Manage payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions, including Canada, U.S., and UK payroll requirements Handle payroll reporting, deductions, benefits administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle changes Prepare client invoicing, billing, and follow up on approvals and payments Support subscription/license tracking, expense allocations, and financial reporting Assist with process improvements, reporting, and special finance projects Qualifications: 3+ years of accounting and payroll experience Strong understanding of reconciliations, month-end close, and payroll processes Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Deel, Paycom, or similar platforms Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred) Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a broad finance role with exposure to accounting, payroll, operations, and process improvement initiatives.
