Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S)

If you're looking for a shop where quality matters more than rushing vehicles through the door, we'd like to meet you. We're searching for a licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems accurately, performing quality repairs, and treating every customer's vehicle as if it were their own. This is a newly created position as we prepare for the next phase of Urban Automotive's growth. We're expanding our facility and our capabilities, allowing us to serve more customers while continuing to deliver the level of quality and customer service we've become known for. To be clear, this is not a replacement position. Our current team is staying together, and we're looking to add another great technician as we continue to grow. You'll work alongside an experienced team in a clean, organized, well-equipped facility that values teamwork, continuous learning, and doing the job right. Our technicians aren't expected to sell repairs—they're expected to educate, diagnose, and repair vehicles with integrity. This is an opportunity to join a growing company where your career can grow along with the business. What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair domestic, Asian, and European vehicles Perform complete Digital Vehicle Inspections with detailed documentation Complete mechanical, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivability repairs Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and repair information systems Communicate effectively with our service advisors to ensure customers receive clear and accurate information Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Participate in ongoing technical training to stay current with evolving vehicle technologies What We're Looking For Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence Valid Ontario Driver's Licence Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship Positive attitude and team-first mentality Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Experience with Digital Vehicle Inspections is considered an asset Why Join Urban Automotive?
