What you'll do:
- Own the end-to-end campaign process from local initiatives to national-scale programs—ensuring seamless execution and delivery of on-brand, on-time in-store signage assets.
- Lead campaign execution, including briefing creative teams, managing timelines, and driving alignment across all stakeholders external and internal
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to gather inputs and ensure campaign briefs align with strategic and annual marketing objectives.
- Facilitate review cycles with senior leadership and serve as the main point of contact for internal/external agency teams, legal, and translation partners.
- Drive in-store content marketing solutions across all divisions, aligning messaging and visual strategy to business goals.
- Partner with internal teams (Discount, Supermarket, PC Optimum, PC Express) and external vendors to continuously build and elevate the in-store marketing experience.
- Manage and forecast the annual in-store marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize campaign impact.
- Build and lead high-performing, diverse teams that foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and belonging.

What you bring:
- 5-7 years’ previous experience in In-store marketing/project management
- Proven expertise in in-store marketing and signage, with a strong track record of leading complex, multi-channel campaign execution.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance creative vision, strategic priorities, and operational excellence.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience aligning cross-functional teams and leading agency relationships.
- Deep understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior, particularly in high-volume, multi-banner operations.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, setting priorities, and measuring ROI.
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and inclusive leadership, with a commitment to building marketing that reflects diverse customer needs.
- Positive relationship management skills
