About the role
Human Resources Administrator Our client is seeking an HR Administrator reporting to the VP of Human Resources & Corporate Services. This role supports a wide range of HR operations with a primary focus on payroll processing and benefits administration. Additional responsibilities include talent attraction and retention, employee relations, compensation coordination, and performance management. Working closely with a collaborative HR team, the successful candidate will help deliver HR programs and initiatives that align with the organization’s business goals and high-performance culture.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and related monthly/annual reporting.
- Help develop, update, and implement HR policies and programs.
- Support full-cycle recruitment for the HR team and people leaders.
- Contribute to employee engagement and a positive, high-performance culture.
- Support delivery of key HR programs, including policy acknowledgements, talent reviews, performance calibrations, and compensation cycles.
- Lead or assist with HR projects as needed.
Your strengths include:
- Diploma/certificate in business administration, HR, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years in a similar role
- UKG HRIS experience, including payroll (required)
- Oil & gas industry experience (preferred)
