In this role, you will influence both the direction and performance of new and pre-owned sales operations, while developing a team focused on achieving strong results and long-term growth. What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead from the Front - Support and develop your team through active coaching, real-time guidance, and consistent feedback to drive stronger performance and increased deal success. Oversee Day-to-Day Performance - Manage daily workflows including sales activity, CRM/system utilization, team check-ins, and individual accountability to ensure targets are consistently achieved. Build and Strengthen Your Team - Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent across sales and finance functions, creating an engaged, high-performance culture. Drive Business Planning - Collaborate with senior leadership to establish targets, forecast performance, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Enhance Sales Execution - Implement and reinforce structured sales processes that promote consistency, confidence, and a premium customer experience. Maintain Presentation & Marketing Standards - Ensure inventory is well-presented and that all marketing and promotional efforts align with brand standards and business goals. Champion the Customer Experience - Act as a point of escalation when needed, resolving concerns professionally while strengthening long-term customer relationships.
