About the role

As Front Desk Manager, you will lead and inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will ensure seamless operations at the Front Desk while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality and Forbes 5-Star service.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and support the Front Desk team to consistently deliver outstanding guest service

  • Ensure all arrival and departure experiences are seamless, personalized, and efficient

  • Oversee daily Front Office operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management

  • Handle guest concerns and escalations with professionalism, empathy, and prompt resolution

  • Monitor and maintain service standards, ensuring alignment with Forbes 5-Star expectations

  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Royal Service, Concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

  • Review daily reports, VIP arrivals, and special requests to ensure all details are executed flawlessly

  • Drive upselling opportunities and maximize room revenue

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety standards

  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous Front Office leadership experience in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with property management systems (e.g., Opera Cloud)
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
