Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Engineer to lead the development and optimisation of our data modelling and transformation workflows. This role is central to our enterprise data strategy, with a strong focus on dbt and Snowflake.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake using dbt.
- Implement robust SQL transformations to support complex business logic.
- Establish and enforce data modelling standards and best practices.
- Optimise query performance and pipeline efficiency across the analytics stack.
- Develop reusable analytics components and design patterns.
- Collaborate with data engineers on ingestion pipelines and architectural improvements.
- Integrate data quality testing and documentation into the modelling lifecycle.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Qualifications

Proven experience with dbt and Snowflake in a production environment.

Strong SQL skills and understanding of analytics engineering principles.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience in designing scalable, efficient data models and pipelines.
