We are currently seeking a Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings. This position is part-time (24 hours per week) and would require you to work some weekends. This offer is for an existing vacant position within the organization.
Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner
- General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping
- Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
- Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property
- Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager - Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
- Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- 1-2 years related experience
- Customer service skills
- A pleasant demeanour
- Must be able to lift and push heavy objects (furniture, garbage bins, appliances, etc)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform in a team environment
