About The Role The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs with delivery capabilities, serving as a key liaison between cross-functional stakeholders and project teams. This role is responsible for understanding, documenting, and translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements that drive effective solutions. The Business Analyst also identifies opportunities for process improvement, supports change initiatives, and ensures that all activities align with organizational strategy and priorities. By providing insight, structure, and clarity, the Business Analyst contributes directly to the success of the business change portfolio.
About The Day-to-day
- Design and execute change management plans, including conducting impact analyses, stakeholder assessments, and developing communication strategies.
- Develop and implement standardized intake processes and workflows to support project approval, planning, execution, and benefits realization.
- Perform feasibility assessments, resource planning, and risk analyses during the intake phase to inform decision-making.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate, transparent, and up-to-date records of project proposals, approvals, and prioritization decisions.
- Coordinate resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal efficiency across the project portfolio.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, gathering requirements and ensuring project readiness.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on project prioritization based on strategic fit, capacity, and organizational value.
- Plan, facilitate, and coordinate meetings with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring clear agendas, thorough documentation, and effective outcomes.
- Responsibilities may evolve over time, and additional duties may be assigned as business needs change.
About The Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role within a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with change management considered an asset.
- Proven ability in conducting detailed impact assessments to inform decision‑making and ensure successful change execution
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, change management frameworks, and process improvement principles.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Experience conducting feasibility, impact, and risk assessments.
- Ability to manage and maintain intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to lead meetings, gather input, and build consensus across diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.

About The Work Environment Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.

Compensation The expected salary for this role is approximately $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
