Recruitment Data Tracking Administrator (FSL)

Non-union position

TEMPORARY Part-time - 10-15 Hours per week (not to exceed 170 Hours)

Effective October 14, 2025 until December 19, 2025

Salary: $ 36.00/hour + 4% vacation

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Retention Consultant, this position is responsible for tracking and monitoring data related to recruitment, hiring and retention practices, with a particular focus on French as a Second Language (FSL) teachers. The role will involve contacting school Administrators and Educators to gather data related to FSL students, collecting and organizing data from various systems and programs and ensuring data integrity to support accurate reporting and analysis

Qualifications and Skills required:

  • Successful completion or currently in progress of obtaining a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in information science, technology, computer science or related field
  • Proficient in data management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of applicable legislation, policies, and procedures relating to access to and use of HR data
  • Experience utilizing and accessing Information Management Systems is preferred
  • Experience with the effective use of human resource information systems (HRIS) and HRIS data to track and monitor recruitment/hiring activities
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, analyzing, and displaying large data sets from various information sources
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong problem analysis and solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Demonstrate the ability to be tactful, respectful, and exercising confidentiality when appropriate
