- Running the show in the kitchen: from prep to plating, you’re the heartbeat of our culinary operations.
- Leading a team with professionalism, accountability, and a dash of fun.
- Ensuring every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and timing.
- Managing inventory, ordering, and food costs like a pro.
- Upholding top-tier cleanliness and food safety protocols.
- Collaborating with ownership and FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Innovating with seasonal specials and menu development.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in a leadership role in a commercial kitchen.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong grasp of kitchen operations, food costing, and inventory control.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and grow a team.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A genuine love for hospitality and culinary excellence.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with breakfast service.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and digital inventory tools.
