Tasks
Estimate repair cost based on damage examination report Inspect repaired vehicles Plan repair work to be performed Professionalism in customer service Clean and maintain work space Instruct apprentices Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements Prepare written estimates of repair costs Inspect automobile, home or other property damage Determine amount of loss or damages covered by insurance policies Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions Estimate parts and labour cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs MS Office Maintain detailed repair, inspection and certification records and reports Repair and overhaul to ensure adherence to standards and procedures
