Regional Medical Sales Representative

We’re searching for a Regional Medical Sales Representative with hustle, confidence, and a hunger to break new ground. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, build relationships from scratch, and drive real growth.

Responsibilities

  • Initiating outreach to healthcare organizations and decision-makers through high-volume calls and smart prospecting
  • Booking and supporting client meetings in the U.S. alongside the Regional Sales Manager
  • Following up on inbound or “warm” leads and turning interest into action
  • Tracking activity, managing pipelines, and maintaining accurate records of sales interactions
  • Blanketing your territory with strategic outreach, your phone is your power tool

Qualifications

  • A competitive, goal-oriented mindset as you live for targets and love exceeding them
  • Minimum of 1 year medical sales experience
  • 2–3 years of outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C; healthcare is a bonus, not a must)
  • Strong verbal communication skills and an engaging phone presence
  • Ability to travel to the U.S. for meetings and client visits (passport required)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools to stay organized and on top of your numbers
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree is helpful, but your attitude counts just as much
  • You’re able to report onsite to office in Richmond Hill, ON
