Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the HubSpot Specialist is responsible for optimizing Olympia’s CRM infrastructure and ensuring efficient HubSpot workflows. The successful candidate will take ownership of data integrity, platform performance, and seamless integration with systems in support of lead generation and data-driven initiatives. This role requires expertise in HubSpot automation, analytics, and segmentation combined with strategic thinking to identify opportunities for improvement and workflow enhancements to drive engagement and growth in various divisions across the organization.
The ideal candidate can execute projects independently yet thrives in a collaborative environment. Success in this role requires advanced HubSpot proficiency, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to strategic development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Uphold the division and Olympia’s reputation and values, while promoting our motto “With Us, It’s Personal” in all interactions with employees, clients, and business associates.
- Complete a comprehensive audit of the organization’s current CRM structure and strategy, analyzing the design and identifying areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement platform enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Execute all required administrative tasks to organize and maintain records for current and incoming contacts, prospects, and leads.
- Ensure data integrity through regular hygiene checks and daily maintenance of incoming information.
- Design and implement optimized workflows and automation strategies to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Design team by monitoring HubSpot analytics and leveraging data insights to assist in develop lead targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Track and report on performance and client/lead interactions using HubSpot dashboards and integrated analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other platforms (Google Ads, social media, website, etc.).
- Partner with external consultants and internal teams to align HubSpot initiatives with organization wide strategy.
- Partner with the I.T. department to ensure seamless data integration of HubSpot with all other Olympia Systems.
- Flexible to perform various assigned tasks as requested by management and executives.

Formal Education and Experience
- Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience in HubSpot or CRM platform optimization and Revenue Optimization is required.
- Experience in Digital Marketing is an asset.
Specialized Skills or Knowledge
- Knowledge of web analytics tools.
- Intermediate level of skill with Microsoft Suite.
- Advanced experience in HubSpot.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Background check is required.
