About the role

Registered Architect (AIBC Preferred)

BC Interior Region (Relocation Required)

Salary Range: $85,000–$115,000

Strong Market. Career Growth. Diverse Projects.

Please Note: This position is based in BC's Interior Region. We welcome applications from candidates throughout British Columbia and Canada who are open to relocating.

About The Firm

Our client is a well-established architectural practice with multiple offices across British Columbia. Known for its collaborative culture and long-standing client relationships, the firm delivers a diverse range of projects throughout the province, serving both public and private sector clients.

One of their growing Interior BC offices continues to experience a strong and consistent workload, supported by a healthy pipeline of projects and an established presence within the region. As the office expands, they are looking to add an experienced Architect who is excited to take on greater project leadership while contributing to the continued growth of the team.

Why Join This Team?

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect who is looking to build a long-term career in one of British Columbia's strongest and most active regional markets.

While hiring throughout the Lower Mainland has remained relatively slow over the past two years, many communities across BC's Interior continue to experience steady growth, creating exceptional opportunities for Architects looking to take the next step in their careers.

You'll have the opportunity to lead projects from early planning through construction, work directly with clients, consultants and contractors, and be trusted with meaningful responsibility from day one. The firm values collaboration, encourages new ideas, and supports professional growth through mentorship, autonomy and exposure to every stage of project delivery.

The office offers the stability and resources of an established practice combined with the close-knit culture of a smaller team. You'll broaden your project experience, strengthen client relationships, mentor junior staff, and continue building your career within a firm that believes in promoting from within.

If you've been considering a move out of the Lower Mainland, this is an opportunity to join a thriving office while enjoying a lower cost of living, shorter commutes, easy access to outdoor recreation, and an exceptional quality of life.

About The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Architect to lead projects through all phases of design and construction.

Working closely with senior leadership, consultants and clients, you'll manage multiple projects while overseeing design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination and construction administration.
