Junior Lounge Attendant (Seasonal, Part-Time) Vacancy: One (2) Seasonal Part-time Vacant Positions

We are looking for motivated individuals available part-time from February 2026 to August 2026.

We’re seeking a Junior Lounge Attendant that plays a key role in delivering, engaging daily programming for children. Love working with kids? Great at creating a warm, fun space where children feel excited and parents feel at ease? If you’re energetic, friendly, and ready for a summer full of smiles, we’d love to meet you! You’ll help bring our Junior Lounge to life while supporting family-friendly events across the Club-including Pa Day Camps and seasonal celebrations.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Deliver fun, age-appropriate programming for children aged 1–13
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children and parents
  • Always Supervise and care for children in the Junior Lounge
  • Ensure children are safely reunited with parents when leaving the lounge
  • Complete daily documentation clearly and accurately (sign-in/out logs, accident reports, cleaning logs, communication books, etc.)
  • Encourage participation and assist children with activities as needed
  • Support opening, closing, pick-up, and drop-off procedures (summer months)
  • Attend paid on-the-job training (mid-to-late April)
  • Follow all Emergency Policies, Procedures, and Safe Exit Plans
  • Attend team meetings as scheduled
  • Assist with movie nights and special Junior Lounge activities (evenings/weekends as needed)
  • Jump in to help with additional duties as assigned by the Camp Director
  • Blackout dates: PA Days, Mother’s Day Father’s Day, Canada day

What We’re Looking for:

  • Minimum 17 years of age
  • Previous experience working with children (an asset)
  • Valid High Five, First Aid & CPR – Level C (Child & Infant) certification
  • Ability to obtain a Police Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Availability to work varied shifts (weekdays, weekends, holidays)
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a friendly personality
  • Confidence engaging children and helping them feel excited and comfortable
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt activities as needed
  • Sports experience is a bonus (golf, tennis, swimming)

Vacancy: Two (2) Seasonal Part-time Vacant Positions

Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is $17.75 - $18.50 per hour. Additionally, this position qualifies for an end-of-season bonus of $0.75 per hour. Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.
