As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
Collaborate with D&T Customer Success & Innovation (CSI), Program Managers, Project Managers and other stakeholders to define roadmaps, delivery methodology, Interaction Models, and business alignment.
Managing an assigned portfolio of projects on a day-to-day basis and execute within agree upon timelines, scope, and budget.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
Champion clear and consistent communication ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Demonstrating servant leadership by expediting issue resolution, negotiating and influence people at all levels to ensure the impediments are resolved in a collaborative and timely manner.
Communicating risks to stakeholders and project team members as appropriate.
Guiding, coaching, and empowering the team, facilitating discussions, decision making, conflict resolution, and delivery of committed work goals.
Work with cross-functional development teams to determine tasks, milestones, resources, planned and actual dates.
Conducting and leading all scheduled ceremonies for all active delivery sprints including task prioritization, confirmation of completion dates and help resolving any blockers that may arise.
Applying techniques for effective workflow management (e.g. Kanban or Scrum Boards) using DevOps to manage, track and report on progress.
Helping the team understand the need for clear and concise project backlog items.
Regularly gathering feedback and revise plan/materials as required.
Assisting the delivery leader in preparation of communication materials for various management forums.
Supporting assignment and mobilization of cross-functional project resources, working with stakeholders to prioritize and manage overall capacity of resources
Monitoring the delivery team’s performance and morale and work to explore opportunities for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (computer science, information systems, business management, engineering).
Project Management Institute PMP certification desired.
Scrum Master Certification desired.
Knowledge and Experience:
3-8+ years’ experience in IT project management
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills (interpersonal, written and verbal with a focus on plain language).
Knowledge with various Project Management Methodologies like waterfall, Scrum, Kanban etc.
Investment business knowledge for Capital markets and Private Markets is preferred.
Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and changing priorities.
Strong organizational skills with ability to work on multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn new topics and explore opportunities to improve efficiencies.
Be a strong collaborator, great teammate, and individual contributor.
Proven experience planning, monitoring and reporting status on projects (using hybrid approaches: traditional and iterative).
Team oriented individuals with strong communication skills.
Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts.
Proficiency with MS Office and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture and IT governance frameworks.
Prior experience of working with financial institutions.
