Title:Club Storage Supervisor
Reports to:Golf Services Supervisor

A Club Storage Supervisor with Cabot serves to help guests with their golf club and luggage storage and retrieval. They are also responsible for the organization, distribution and cleanliness of the medical cart, push cart and rental fleets. They may also assist guests with directions and give them suggestions on where to shop, eat, and visit. This position will work closely with the Golf Service Supervisor and Bell Staff to ensure a seamless transition of luggage/club storage and guest assistance for the ultimate Cabot experience.
Core Accountabilities
- Greet all guests at the main entrance of the resort with the Golf Service Supervisors and Bell Staff in a warm and professional manner - make guests feel welcome, anticipate their needs, and be ready to assist with all storage items
- Assist guests with their storage and retrieval of their golf clubs, and other items
- Responsible for the organization, distribution and cleanliness of the medical cart, push cart and rental fleets.
- Scheduling and confirm weekly hours for payroll of the Storage Attendants
- Train the duties, policies and procedures of the storage attendant role to the new employees
- Implement any new process, and procedures
- Tracking, store and retrieve rental clubs for guests
- Assist with cleaning rental clubs after use
- Stage, charge and clean medical carts, and Operational electric vehicles
- Manage the push cart fleet including, staging carts in morning and during the day, as well as cleaning and storing them after the round.
- Recognize and welcome all new and returning guests with “Welcome to Cabot” or “Welcome back to Cabot Mr./Mrs./etc.”
- Maintain the tagging and storage systems in place for guests’ golf clubs, and clubs arriving/departing by Shipsticks and other shipping methods.
- Manage the guest’s clubs and logging them for club storage over night, and setting the stall numbers for the guest in Host, in order for morning tee sheets to correctly display guest stall number in order for AM staff to pull clubs efficiently
- Be aware of daily hotel activities, group, and VIP arrivals
- Prepare and distribution of the cool towel lets to the guests
- Cleaning towel lets
- Communicate special guest requests to the Golf Service Supervisor
- Offer assistance to all guests and provide them with requested information and directions, escorting the guest whenever possible
- Comply with Cabot health and safety legislation
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must possess a valid Class 4 driver’s licence and provide a clear driver’s abstract; ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
Physical Demands
- Spending long hours moving around, walking, sitting, standing, and crouching while performing other duties
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and otherwise moving luggage, golf clubs and objects up to 50 lb
