- Customer Support Specialist - English and Bilingual (French) Available!
Location: Milton, ON
Registration is required to secure an interview. Only those contacted by an HR Representative and provided with appointment details will be permitted entry. Various in-office shifts available.

Customer Support Specialist Pay from $31 to $36 per hour
Bilingual - Pay from $35 to $40 per hour
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
- Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
- Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
- Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
- Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
- Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- For Bilingual (French) role - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
