About The Opportunity A federal government department is seeking Executive Coaches to provide professional leadership development services. These services include senior executive coaching, one-on-one coaching, workshop facilitation, and training. Services must be delivered in both official languages and will be provided on an as-needed basis to employees located across multiple sites in Canada.
About You The successful candidate will have the following:
- 5+ years of Leadership/coaching experience within the Federal Public Service
- Experience with working with Senior Executives including C-suite employees at a level of Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM)
- ICF Coaching Certificate
- Insights Discovery Accreditation
- Reliability Clearance
- Proficient in both English and French
