Their commitment to quality workmanship, integrity, and exceptional service has earned them a strong reputation—and now they're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Cambridge, ON .
Position Overview As their Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for their customers, helping ensure each client receives prompt, professional, and friendly service. You’ll play an essential role in coordinating daily operations, scheduling service calls, and supporting both customers and our plumbing technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule and dispatch service appointments efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and scheduling
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, invoices, and service orders
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience (trade or construction industry experience an asset)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary starting at $45,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience
- Bonuses and performance incentives

- Monday to Friday schedule (occasional weekend availability may be required)
- Free on-site parking at our Cambridge location
