About the role

Location: Remote – candidates must be comfortable working with regular overlap with North American Eastern Time business hours. Language: Strong written and spoken English required (daily communication in English) Type: Full-time Markets: USA, Canada, Mexico, and UK

Who We Are SZIO+ is a Canadian health and wellness company behind two trusted supplement brands: Utiva, a leading urinary health brand, and Ferosom Forte, a next-generation liposomal iron supplement. Our mission is to create best-in-class, science-backed solutions that healthcare professionals and consumers can trust to support better health outcomes and improved quality of life. We believe people should have easier access to effective, natural health solutions, whether they discover us through healthcare practitioners, retail, e-commerce, or marketplaces. As our Amazon business continues to grow across North America and internationally, marketplaces are becoming an important part of how we make our brands more accessible, discoverable, and trusted. This role will help bring that mission to life by improving how our products show up on Amazon, through strong marketplace execution, optimized content, better shopper education, agency alignment, and data-driven growth.

The Role We’re looking for an Amazon Marketplace Specialist to play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketplace operations and helping drive growth of Utiva and Ferosom Forte across our Amazon marketplaces in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and the UK. This is not a hands-on PPC campaign management role. Instead, we’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of Amazon advertising strategy who can work effectively with our external agency—review performance, challenge recommendations, interpret reports, and ensure advertising initiatives align with our overall business goals. Beyond advertising, you’ll help drive organic growth through catalog optimization, content improvements, SEO, and conversion optimization to deliver strong results in the competitive health supplement category. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams and report directly to marketing leadership.

Profile

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accountable, communicative, collaborative, tenacious, receptive to feedback, and comfortable challenging ideas with data. This role will act as a bridge between SZIO+, our agency, creative partners, and marketplace execution, so strong communication and follow-through are just as important as technical Amazon knowledge.

Key Responsibilities Amazon Advertising Management Oversee and work closely with the external Amazon advertising agency to review and support PPC strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Review weekly/monthly performance reports and challenge the “why” behind changes in ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, CPC, keyword performance, and budget allocation. Ensure advertising strategy is connected to organic ranking, conversion rate, listing content, promotions, inventory, and profitability. Prepare questions, feedback, priorities, and follow-ups before agency meetings. Track agency action items, tests, owners, deadlines, and next steps. Escalate concerns when recommendations are unclear, too tactical, too spend-driven, or not aligned with brand priorities Partner with the agency to identify, prioritize, and document A/B testing opportunities across ad creative, copy, targeting, and landing content.

Marketplace & Account Management Manage day-to-day Seller Central operations across US, CA, MX, and UK accounts Monitor listing health, account health, Buy Box, suppressions, catalog issues, variation issues, and Seller Central cases, ensuring issues are tracked and escalated when needed. Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and catalog attributes for both Utiva and Ferosom Forte SKUs Coordinate, review, and maintain A+ Content, Brand Store pages, PDP image stacks, and Amazon content updates from a shopper/UX and conversion perspective. Ensure listings remain accurate, compliant, and conversion-optimized at all times Support and help optimize the Subscribe & Save program — monitoring enrollment, churn, discount strategy, and opportunities to increase subscriber lifetime value across active markets. Run structured A/B tests on listings (titles, images, bullet points, A+ content) to improve conversion rates and inform ongoing optimization

Product Launches & Promotions Support new product launches and organic ranking strategies Support the setup, tracking, and performance review of coupons, Lightning Deals, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate launch timelines and marketplace readiness across regions

Reporting & Performance Analysis Track and report on sales, advertising performance, and marketplace KPIs Prepare regular reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations Maintain clear action trackers for marketplace priorities, agency follow-ups, tests, risks, and next steps. Monitor inventory trends and flag risks across markets Identify growth opportunities and competitive threats in the urinary health and iron supplement categories

What We’re Looking For Must-Have

2–4 years of experience supporting Amazon Seller Central or Amazon marketplace operations, ideally for a brand, CPG company, or marketplace-focused business. Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace fundamentals, including listings, catalog health, keyword ranking, conversion rate, promotions, reviews, and account health. Working knowledge of Amazon advertising strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Ability to review PPC reports, understand performance drivers, and challenge an external agency with clear, data-backed questions. Experience working with or coordinating external agencies, freelancers, or cross-functional partners. Experience with listing optimization, keyword research, backend attributes, and competitor analysis. Experience working on A+ Content, Brand Store pages, PDP image stacks, or Amazon content optimization from a shopper/UX and conversion perspective. Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps. Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Excellent written and spoken English communication. Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Comfortable working with regular overlap with North American Eastern Time business hours. Ability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings or Amazon training events.

Nice-to-Have Experience in health & wellness, supplements, CPG, beauty, personal care, grocery, or another regulated/competitive consumer category. Experience with Amazon DSP, AMC, or advanced advertising reporting. Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Pacvue, Perpetua, Quartile, or similar. Experience supporting Amazon marketplaces beyond the US and Canada, especially Mexico or the UK. Comfort working across different regulatory environments, such as Health Canada claims in Canada vs. FDA considerations in the US.

What Success Looks Like Improved advertising accountability, with clear visibility into PPC efficiency, profitability, budget allocation, and performance trends across active marketplaces. A productive agency relationship where reports are reviewed critically, strategic questions are asked, action items are tracked, and recommendations are aligned with SZIO+ business priorities. Growth in Amazon sales, organic ranking, conversion rate, and market share for Utiva and Ferosom Forte. Stronger marketplace execution through well-maintained listings, accurate catalog data, optimized backend attributes, and proactive monitoring of account/listing health. Measurable progress in Subscribe & Save enrollment, retention, and subscriber value. A consistent testing and learning cadence, with documented A/B test results, insights, and next steps. Successful product launch and promotional execution, with clear coordination across content, advertising, inventory, and marketplace readiness. Clear, timely reporting that translates marketplace data into insights, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Strong cross-functional follow-through across marketing, sales, creative, agency partners, and marketplace priorities.

What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses. Fully remote and flexible work environment, with occasional in-person meetings. Direct exposure to growing health brands with strong product-market fit. Collaborative, entrepreneurial team where your work has real impact. Opportunity to grow with the brand as we expand across North America and internationally.

To Apply Send your resume and a brief note about your Amazon marketplace experience to jennifer@szioplus.com. Please include which Amazon markets you’ve supported, your experience working with agencies or advertising performance, and any health, supplement, CPG, or regulated category experience if applicable.
