About the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Manager, Fraud Operations to strengthen WCLC’s digital risk posture and support the secure operation of our online products. As a key member of our digital oversight ecosystem, you will provide second-line fraud governance, lead vendor engagement, and deliver analytics and insights that help protect players and the organization.

The Role

The Manager, Fraud Operations, Digital applies their expertise in fraud risk management, payments, analytics, and compliance to oversee WCLC’s digital fraud framework. This role is responsible for monitoring and challenging first-line controls, managing the operational relationship with our digital vendor, and ensuring that fraud risks are identified, assessed, and addressed. You will collaborate closely with internal partners and external vendors to maintain a secure, compliant, and trusted digital experience.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, brings strong analytical discipline, and can translate complex fraud patterns into actionable insights and recommendations.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee WCLC’s digital fraud risk framework and provide independent review of fraud controls.

  • Lead the day-to-day relationship with our digital vendor, including fraud reviews and follow-ups.

  • Build dashboards and analytics to monitor purchases, chargebacks, account activity, and redemptions.

  • Track and report monthly fraud KPIs and share insights with leadership.

  • Support incident reviews with IT and vendors, ensuring issues are understood and addressed

  • Work with Legal/Privacy on Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS) privacy impacts, and account policies

  • Maintain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and stay current on regulatory expectations.

  • Contribute fraud and risk expertise to new digital initiatives and product enhancements.

What You Bring

  • Postsecondary education in business, risk, analytics, or a related fiel
  • 5+years of experience in eCommerce fraud, payments, AML, or digital risk.
  • Experince with fraud monitoring tools and strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI)
  • Clear communication and strong vendor management skills. Certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Association of Certified Anti- Monely Laudering Specialist (ACAMS) are an asset.
  • Understanding of PCI DSS and privacy
