Position Title: National Channel Sales Manager
Remote in the field position
Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario

What to Expect:
Lead national sales efforts for the Health Care Practitioner channel, including planning, execution, reporting, and team development. Coach Territory Managers in the field, optimize trade spend, and drive forecasting and channel strategies to exceed targets. This is a field-based role with regular travel nationally across Canada and occasional weekend work. This position is an existing vacancy.

A day in the life:
Responsible for driving sustainable, profitable sales results within the assigned channel while leading and developing a high-performing team. This role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and enhance overall channel effectiveness, reporting directly to the Director of Sales.

You will also:

  • Develop and execute channel plans aligned with strategy, leveraging sales data insights to identify opportunities, risks, and track performance.
  • Lead forecasting, planning, budgeting, and trade spend processes to drive impactful execution.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver business results and share best practices.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, and development to achieve sales targets.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and optimized ways of working.
  • Make data-driven decisions, assess risks, and support team decision-making with sound judgment.
  • Own participation in Monthly Business Planning (MBP) and contribute to the Integrated Commercial Plan to drive sustainable growth.
  • Navigate complex situations with strong listening, curiosity, and problem-solving skills to achieve positive outcomes.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful Sales or related business experience
  • Related experience in health, wellness, or nutrition is preferred
  • Experience in Specialty Vitamins, Minerals, Supplements, or Holistic, Naturopathic nutrition is an asset
  • Previous experience successfully leading and developing others in a management capacity
  • Computer literacy and expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Post Secondary education in Business and or, Science
  • Valid full driver’s license and safe driving record is required
  • Open to frequently travel to work with and coach you team nationally – up to 40% travel required
  • Effective communication and strong leadership skills are required to express analytics and deliver presentations to various levels within the organization
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with solid project management capabilities and attention to detail

  • Compensation Range: $115,000.00 CAD to $125,000.00 CAD
