Red Robin is now hiring aKitchen Shift Supervisorfor our Langley location.

This role is perfect for an experiencedline cook or kitchen leaderwho is ready to step into a leadership position while continuing to work hands-on in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.

#What You’ll Do

As aKitchen Shift Supervisor, you’ll help lead Heart of House operations during your shift while working alongside the kitchen team.

###Kitchen Leadership

  • Lead and support the kitchen team during service
  • Set the standard for food quality, speed, and teamwork
  • Help train and mentor cooks and prep team members

###Food Quality & Execution

  • Ensure all menu items are prepared to Red Robin standards
  • Conduct line checks and maintain food presentation quality
  • Support kitchen organization and efficient food production

###Operations & Standards

  • Assist with inventory, prep lists, and kitchen organization
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
  • Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods

###Team Development

  • Motivate and support kitchen team members
  • Help build a positive, high-energy kitchen culture
  • Identify future leaders and support their development

#What We’re Looking For

-1+ year of kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant

  • Previous leadership experience is an asset (Shift Leader, Lead Cook, Supervisor)
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
  • Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • A positive attitude and strong team leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Foodsafe certification is considered an asset.
