About the role
Join our Business Transformation Office team, in the senior analyst, change management position. As the Senior Analyst, Change Management, you will provide change management support to our Homeowner Business Transformation (HBT), which is a complex, multi-year program that will enable modern, scalable technology to transform CMHC’s Homeowner Mortgage Loan Insurance systems into an analytics-driven mortgage business.
This is a temporary position until December 2026.
What you’ll do:

Assess change impacts and change readiness to inform engagement needs throughout the change journey.
-
Support the development and implementation of change strategies and plans based on assessment findings.
-
Support the execution of change management activities and tactics as identified in the change management plan (e.g., training, onboarding, communication and engagement activities).
-
Identify, collect, and analyze key data to evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, and identify risks and address gaps in the adoption of the change.

Provide recommendations based on change management best practices for targeted interventions that will help manage resistance to change.

Build knowledge of Homeowner Business services, products, and processes. With this knowledge, provide advice and guidance with respect to change management activities.

Develop a network, build sound relationships, and collaborate with a wide range of colleagues, internal and external stakeholders.

Support the advancement of organizational change management capabilities by promoting the value and role of change management to internal stakeholders.
What you should have:
-
Undergraduate degree in business, organizational behaviour, human resources, psychology or another related field.

Minimum of three years of experience implementing change management strategies for large-scale organizational transformations.
-
Good knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
-
Change management skills, with an emphasis on supporting development and delivery of stakeholder engagement, training, and onboarding activities.

Sound interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
It would be great if you also had:
-
A change management certification (ADKAR preferred, others acceptable).

Bilingualism (French and English).
