This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Superintendent to lead a new school build project in Brampton, overseeing all aspects of construction from ground up. The role requires strong experience in institutional projects, particularly with school builds, and a proven ability to manage teams and deliver results. Description Oversee all phases of the school new build project, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate and manage on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and trades. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to align project objectives. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and progress reports. Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a productive and positive work environment. Implement solutions to overcome construction challenges and ensure project success.
